Camp-site Valkanela - Vrsar
With a capacity of 8000 people, this was the largest camp-site we visited during our trip. It's a huge camp-site, if you weren't there, you can't imagine how big it is. The site is about 85 ha big, which is _very_ large. There are hot and cold showers all over the place, about 100 in total, but strangely I never had to wait to take a shower during my stay... About 200 toilets should also be enough. The site has a long beach, there's possibility to bring your own boat. There's a super-market, a souvenir-shop, a restaurant (pizzeria) and several bars.

Camp-site Stoja - Pula
A smaller camp-site, but still 4000 people, but the area is only 16 ha... Anyway, it wasn't that busy when I was there. Normally there should be hot showers, but due to the amount of people who want to take a shower, the water was always cold :( There is a private beach with rocks, the water is very clear, you can even see the fishes swimming. There is a mini market where you can get all you need, including newspapers, but unfortunately no Flemish papers...

Camp-site Oliva - Rabac
This site can hold 2500 people. It's a modern site, there's even grass on the ground (maybe because it seems to rain alot in that area?). I give the sanitary a minus, because only 1 (one!) out of 4 showers for the men really worked. But if they should make work of these defects, this camp-site is one of the better in Istria. It has a private beach (although it is shared with a few hotels in the neighborhood), no market but a reception with air-conditioning :)

Camp-site Kovacine - Cres
As I already mentioned in my report, this camp-site is deviled into 2 parts, a "regular" part and an FKK part. The sanitary is good, but showers work, and there are alot of them. Enough toilets too for the 2000 visitors this site can hold. There's no beach, but you can sun-bathe on a platform right next to the sea.

Camp-site Preluk - Rijeka
Wot? A camp-site with less than 50% quotation? Unfortunately yes, and I'll tell you the reason, we went to that site in September, so the main part of the camp-site was closed. Only the (small) part on the other side of the road was opened, which is also the part laying at the beautiful bay, where the water was 'clean', you could see the fish swimming a couple of meters under you... Sanitary was ok, there was enough shadow, but you can't sleep at night due to the traffic on the road... :( That's a pity.
